1. General Questions

What is Tradxng.com? Tradxng.com is a premier online classifieds marketplace where users can buy, sell, or trade everything from electronics and vehicles to real estate and professional services within their local community.

Do I need an account to browse? No, you can browse all listings and search for items without an account. However, to contact a seller, post an ad, or save favorites, you must create a free account.

How do I create an account? Click the “Sign Up” or “Register” button at the top right of the homepage. You can register using your email address or quickly via your Google/Facebook social accounts.


2. For Sellers

How do I post an ad?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the “Post an Ad” button.
  3. Select the appropriate category.
  4. Upload high-quality photos, write a clear title and description, and set your price.
  5. Click “Submit.”

How much does it cost to list an item? Standard listings on Tradxng.com are Free. We also offer “Premium” or “Featured” options for a small fee if you want your ad to appear at the top of search results for faster sales.

How long does my ad stay live? Typically, ads remain active for 30 to 60 days. You will receive an email notification before your ad expires, giving you the option to renew it.

How do I edit or delete my ad? Go to “My Dashboard” or “My Ads” while logged in. From there, you can update the price, change photos, or delete the ad once the item is sold.


3. For Buyers

How do I contact a seller? On every listing page, there is a “Contact Seller” button. You can send an instant message through our secure platform or, if the seller has opted in, view their phone number to call or text them directly.

How do I search for items in my area? Use the location filter on the search bar. You can enter your city, state, or zip code and set a radius (e.g., within 20 miles) to find items nearby.

Does Tradxng.com handle payments? No. Tradxng.com is a listing platform, not a payment processor. All transactions happen directly between the buyer and the seller. We recommend cash or secure bank transfers upon physical inspection of the item.


4. Safety & Security

How can I stay safe while buying?

  • Meet in public: Always meet in a well-lit, public place (like a coffee shop or police station parking lot).
  • Inspect the item: Never pay for an item until you have seen it in person and verified its condition.
  • Avoid wire transfers: Never send money via Western Union, MoneyGram, or “friends and family” apps to someone you haven’t met.

What should I do if I suspect a scam? If a listing looks too good to be true or a user acts suspiciously, click the “Report Ad” button on the listing page. Our moderation team will investigate immediately.

Is my personal data safe? Yes. We do not share your private contact information with third parties. Your email address is hidden from other users unless you choose to share it in a private message.


5. Technical Support

I forgot my password. What should I do? Click “Login” and then select “Forgot Password.” Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a link to reset it.

Why was my ad rejected? Ads may be rejected if they violate our Terms of Service (e.g., prohibited items, duplicate listings, or inappropriate content). Check your email for a specific reason from our moderation team.
